Adoleez Nutrition is a Pune-based startup founded by Prathamesh Pardesi, built with a simple idea — teenagers deserve better nutrition choices. After spending years in fitness and trying multiple protein supplements himself, Prathamesh noticed recurring issues like bloating, poor digestion, and overly sweet formulations. More importantly, he realised that most protein brands are made for adults, while teenagers end up consuming products not designed for their age group.
That personal experience led to the creation of Adoleez Nutrition — a clean, teen-focused whey protein brand. Adoleez uses natural ingredients, avoids artificial sweeteners, and is formulated to be digestion-friendly. The product is manufactured in GMP and ISO certified facilities, with a strong focus on safety, transparency, and long-term health.
